Acid Zinc Plating Purification Agent

Properties

1. It is easy to bring some iron impurities to acidic zinc plating bath. Because of so large amount of impurities, it may cause the passivation film discolor, appears spots on the workpieces for barrel plating, or cloudy bath solution.

2. For the wire industry, the plating may appear gray or even cause yellow zinc plating and large consumption of brightener because of the increasing impurities.

3. WZn can remove the iron, copper and some organic impurities from the acidic zinc plating bath.

WZn is our new developed additive, following as its features:

1. It could selectively settle sediment of divalent iron and ferric ion without zinc.

2. produce little sediment, with high stability, without re-dissolving, so there is no need filter the sediment immediately.

3. No bad effect with additives, does not affect their life and effect.

4. Also settle the sediment of lead and copper.
